This has been a very long and emotional situation of what should’ve been the happiest day of our lives. We refused to sign any type of NDA so I could help raise awareness to others regarding this awful venue staff. We had to accept, due to lawyer fees (and not to mention the emotional toll). I would never wish this experience on anyone. Please be warned - Muse Event Center and Crave are NOT to be trusted. We then had to hire a lawyer and drag on all the emotions only for them to offer us a few thousand dollars (much less than we had asked for back). To the point of taking weeks to respond to each email.Įven after they knew it was a total shit show because of their staff they did not reach out for 2 weeks after the wedding (about a small refund for a contractual agreement), never apologized or took responsibility for their actions. Becky was nice but REALLY bad at communication. ![]() Becky was our main contact throughout the whole planning, but the day of rehearsal, Becky emailed me and said Toni would be our main contact (little did we know would completely derail the day). I am unable to get into too many details – but generally – the bartenders were cold and unfriendly, the event manager constantly pulled us off the dance floor to complain about our guests and ask questions (even though I had hired a day of coordinator), missed a table completely for dinner and closed the bar 3 times. ![]()
